The NationIQ name, logo, website content, course materials, graphics, and trademarks are the intellectual property of the organization.

7. Limitation of Liability :

NationIQ shall not be liable for any indirect loss, business interruption, employment outcome, or damages arising from the use of its services.
Students and franchise partners participate at their own discretion and responsibility.

9. Compliance & Recognition :

10. Governing Law :
